Wheelchair Baby Carrier

Wheelchair Baby Carrier is designed for parents and caregivers with limited mobility as a result of a spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury or a stroke who need to transport babies from 4-5 months of age.   It is a baby carrier that attaches to a manual wheelchair.   The carrier has its own single wheel providing support and stability. It uses a universal fitting that allows it to be attached to all manual wheelchairs, both traditional and lightweight styles. The carrier is free standing when not attached to the chair so that the child can be strapped in and out more easily by the wheelchair user. The Baby carrier folds flat for ease of storage and transportation.  Features include: folding tubular frame, release lever, reclining seat and safety straps.
